Your application journey to Malaysia just got easier with Edumize.
Now you have complete clarity on all the steps and details of the application process. Once you understand these steps, you're just one step away from starting your dream of studying in Malaysia.
Step One:
Choose the package that suits you 👆🏼 and request it using the “Request Package” button.
Step Two:
Prepare the required documents and send them to Edumize’s consultants for verification.
Required Documents:
- A scanned copy of your passport (all pages)
- A scanned copy of your high school certificate
- A personal photo
- The health declaration form
→ Click here for more details
Step Three:
Once your documents are verified, you’ll be asked to pay the initial fee from the package you selected so we can issue the institute's offer letter and immediately begin the visa (eVAL) process.
→ The initial fee is part of the total package fee you selected 👆🏼
Step Four:
We wait for the eVAL visa to be issued.
→ The visa processing time usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks.
During this time, we will provide you with a link from the Malaysian immigration website so you can track your application until it's completed.
Step Five:
After the eVAL is issued, you will need to apply for either an eVisa online or a Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the nearest Malaysian embassy.
→ The eVisa costs around $25 and is usually issued within 2–5 business days. We will assist you with these steps at that time.
→ ⚠ Some nationalities may be able to skip this step.
Step Six:
After the visa is issued and 2 weeks before your travel date, we will arrange your flight schedule and present you with accommodation options that match your budget.
You will then need to pay the remaining balance of the package + the accommodation booking fee for the option you select.
This allows us to receive you at the airport (if applicable), complete your housing setup, and provide travel guidelines to ensure you face no issues or delays upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Step Seven:
An Edumize representative will accompany you to complete the post-arrival procedures, including institute registration and the medical check-up required by the Malaysian Immigration Department.

Bright Language Centre does not entertain installment payments. You must pay the full fees in advance upon arrival or as offered by our consultants.
At BRIGHT Language Center or any other institution, a high school certificate is not a mandatory requirement for enrollment. The center welcomes students from diverse educational backgrounds, focusing on enhancing English language proficiency. Prospective students are typically required to provide a PDF copy of their entire passport pages with a validity of at least 18 months.
A high school certificate is one of the requirements of the Malaysian Ministry of Education to issue a visa, but if you are studying for a period of one to three months, you can obtain a tourist visa.
Your visa will be valid for 6 months and can be renewed simply through the institute. Contact us for more details.
