1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between Edumize Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Edumize," "we," "us," or "our") and clients ("you" or "your") engaging our services for student recruitment and educational consultation. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services Offered
University Placement: Edumize assists clients in selecting suitable universities and language institutes in Malaysia based on their academic preferences, budget, and career goals.
Application Support: We provide guidance and support throughout the university application process, including documentation, admission essays, and interview preparation.
Visa Assistance: Edumize offers support with visa applications, ensuring compliance with Malaysian immigration requirements.
Pre-Departure Services: Clients receive tailored resources and/or orientation sessions to prepare for travelling to Malaysia, including guidance on immigration requirements and flight bookings.
Post-Arrival Services: Upon arrival, clients receive resources and/or physical guidance within the institution to complete their registration process and living settlement in Malaysia, including accommodation assistance and cultural adaptation tips.
3. Client Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the application process.
Compliance: Clients are responsible for complying with all relevant visa and immigration requirements and providing necessary documentation.
Fees and Payments: Clients agree to pay all applicable fees for the services provided by Edumize as per the agreed-upon terms.
4. Discounts and Promotions
Acceptance of Terms: Clients are obligated to read and accept the Terms & Conditions of Edumize free services and promotions.
Fee Structure: Clients agree to pay all applicable fees determined by Edumize in the event of changes to institution, program, or study intake, or if withdrawing from the application process.
Fee Determination: The exact fee amount will be determined by Edumize based on the timing of the client's decision, whether after receiving the offer letter, applying for a student visa, upon obtaining a student visa, arriving in Malaysia, or completing the post-arrival registration process.
5. Confidentiality
Information Handling: Edumize treats all client information with strict confidentiality and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except to their applied institutions and where required by law.
Data Protection: We comply with applicable data protection laws and take measures to safeguard client data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Edumize is not liable for any decisions made by clients based on our recommendations or services.
Indirect Damages: In no event shall Edumize be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, the matter shall be escalated to the courts of Malaysia.
9. Changes to Terms
Amendments: Edumize reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without earlier notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
