Refund Policy
Welcome to Edumize Services Sdn. Bhd. We are committed to providing excellent services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. To achieve this, we have developed a comprehensive refund policy that outlines the terms and conditions of our refund process.
Eligibility for Refunds
Clients who have purchased our services, excluding the free services and including the airport reception and accommodation arrangement, may be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:
a. The client must have made a payment for the service.
b. The client must cancel the service before it has been initiated or provided.
c. The client must provide proof of payment and cancellation.
Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you can request a refund by sending an email to our customer support team at refund@edumize.com. The request should include the following information:
a. Your name and contact information.
b. The quotation you received from us and signed/approved by you.
c. The reason for the refund request.
d. Proof of payment and cancellation.
*No refund will be entertained through any other communication channel except for the email above.
Refund Amount
The amount of the refund will depend on the following factors:
a. The type of service(s) purchased.
b. The timing of the cancellation.
c. Any applicable fees or charges.
d. The refund policy of our partner universities and language institutes.
Refund Timeline
We will process the refund request within 30 days of receiving all the necessary information. The actual refund may take additional time depending on the payment method, financial institution, and/or university or language institute involved’s processing time.
Exceptions
The following services are non-refundable:
a. Services that have already been initiated or provided.
b. Fees paid to partner universities and language institutes.
c. Fees for visa applications or other government-related services.
d. Fees for accommodations or other third-party services.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact our customer support team through WhatsApp to escalate the issue to a supervisor or manager. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may seek legal recourse as allowed by the laws of Malaysia.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future purchases.
