Step One:
Choose the package that suits you 👆🏼 and request it using the “Request Package” button.
Step Two:
Prepare the required documents and send them to Edumize’s consultants for verification.
Required Documents:
- A scanned copy of your passport (all pages)
- A scanned copy of your high school certificate
- A personal photo
- The health declaration form
→ Click here for more details
Step Three:
Once your documents are verified, you’ll be asked to pay the initial fee from the package you selected so we can issue the institute's offer letter and immediately begin the visa (eVAL) process.
→ The initial fee is part of the total package fee you selected 👆🏼
Step Four:
We wait for the eVAL visa to be issued.
→ The visa processing time usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks.
During this time, we will provide you with a link from the Malaysian immigration website so you can track your application until it's completed.
Step Five:
After the eVAL is issued, you will need to apply for either an eVisa online or a Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the nearest Malaysian embassy.
→ The eVisa costs around $25 and is usually issued within 2–5 business days. We will assist you with these steps at that time.
→ ⚠ Some nationalities may be able to skip this step.
Step Six:
After the visa is issued and 2 weeks before your travel date, we will arrange your flight schedule and present you with accommodation options that match your budget.
You will then need to pay the remaining balance of the package + the accommodation booking fee for the option you select.
This allows us to receive you at the airport (if applicable), complete your housing setup, and provide travel guidelines to ensure you face no issues or delays upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Step Seven:
An Edumize representative will accompany you to complete the post-arrival procedures, including institute registration and the medical check-up required by the Malaysian Immigration Department.

If you want to study at one of the prestigious universities, UPM or UTM, but you don’t have English qualifications, this agreement will give you the chance to study at ELS as a university student. Which means you will acquire a university visa. Unlike other universities, if you want to study at X university but you don’t have English qualifications, you will need to apply for ELS separately and acquire ELS’s visa, and upon completing your study at ELS, you’ll then need to convert your visa to a university one, which might require you to exit the country and come again with a new university visa application.
